Translucent is a material experiment that was inspired by the industrial production of translucent concrete. This project suggests methods to mimic industrial aesthetics on a smaller scale and through less expensive construction methods. These models tested different patterns and materials for transferring light while maintaining the solidity and stability of the concrete.
